Schools Take Part In Scrambler Bike Project

A great day at Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre was planned for today with five local schools from South Sefton who have taken part in our Scrambler Bike Project, learning all about the dangers of using scrambler bikes and the implications involvement can have on families.

The project has been supported by Merseyside Police, Sefton Councils Anti-Social Behaviour Team, Alder Her Children’s Hospital and the L30’s Million Project.

The children have now been asked to design posters which will be used in the local area to warn people about the dangers of getting involved in scrambler bike activity. Winners of the competition will be announced at an awards ceremony which will take place on 23rd November at Police Headquarters in Liverpool with some very special prizes.
